ToughStation Fully Sealed Computers

ToughStation fully sealed computers are corrosion and moisture resistant for use in environments that require frequent washdowns or chemical sanitation.

VarTech’s fully sealed computers are constructed from 316 stainless steel (NEMA 4X/IP66) or powder coated aluminum (NEMA 4/IP65). The gasket-sealed enclosures are ideally suited for washdown or clean-in-place environments with strict sanitation regulations requiring cleaning of equipment with water or corrosive cleaning agents.

Available in screen sizes ranging from 10.4” to 43”.

Stainless Steel SwatchBlack Powder Coat SwatchStandard in stainless steel or black powder coated aluminum. Custom colored powder coating available.
  • Mounting Configurations: VESA or standard RAM. Optional mounts available by request: panel with studs, console, console extreme, mounting tabs, pedestal and swing arm
  • Enclosure Construction: 316 stainless steel or powder coated aluminum
  • Ratings/Standards: NEMA 4X/IP66, NEMA 4/IP65 protection
  • Touchscreens: resistive, projective capacitive (PCAP), or ArmorTouch glass-on-film resistive
  • Hazardous Area Models: Class I Division 2 certified
  • Environmental and Functional Upgrade Packages
