Customers Come First
In the event that you encounter problems with a VarTech product, our staff will promptly address your concerns. Phone support is offered to new and existing customers. Please have product details on-hand when you call. We have staffed lines during business hours; if you call after hours, you can expect we will contact you the next business day.
Common Customer Service Needs
Not all customer service inquiries are related to the rare event of a product malfunctioning. Our customer service staff will also address subjects including:
- Computers and HMIs requiring software updates or upgrades.
- Environment-related accidents, such as when a unit incurs impact damage.
- Replacing an older product from any manufacturer with a new VarTech product designed to fit within your exact application. We can replace an old unit with a new one in your original physical frame.
- Support for our legacy LCD and CRT products.
Free RMA Evaluations
VarTech offers free evaluations on RMAs from all manufacturers. We offer the service of repairing not only our own products but also those from other manufacturers. The availability of components and damage to a unit may render it unrepairable. If a unit cannot be repaired, we will either send it back to you or dispose of it according to regulations.
